At Jab We Print, we value every order and put our best effort into ensuring top-quality customized printing and ready-made t-shirts. Since many of our products are made-to-order and personalized, our cancellation and refund policy has certain limitations. Please read carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Cancellations

  • Customized Orders:

    • Once an order has been placed and the design has been approved by you, it cannot be cancelled.

    • If you wish to cancel before the design is processed, please contact us at [your support email/phone number] within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Ready-Made T-Shirts (Non-Customized Products):

    • You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.

    • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.


2. Refunds & Returns

  • Customized Products:

    • As these are personalized and created specifically for you, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • Ready-Made T-Shirts:

    • Refunds or exchanges are only applicable if the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

    • The item must be returned in unused condition with original tags and packaging within 7 days of delivery.


3. Defective or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at [support email/phone].

  2. Share your order number and clear photos of the product received.

  3. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund (in case replacement is not possible).


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the mistake was on our end (damaged/wrong product).
